Swordfish with Capers and Lemon Juice

Ingredients for 4 people

1 3/4 pounds swordfish cut in 4 slices
2 cloves garlic
3 1/2 tablespoons capers in salt
1 sprig parsley
1 pinch oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add peeled garlic

2. Season fish with salt and pepper

3. Remove the salt from the capers by washing them several times and chop coarsely

4. ISauté fish and capers in the pan until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes

5. Add lemon juice and cook for a couple of minutes

6. Season with oregano and chopped parsley and serve
