Ingredients for 4 people

8 slices sandwich bread
200 grams of Gorgonzola Mascarpone cheese
1 pear
8 walnut kernels

Preparation 15 minutes preparation
1. Remove crusts from the sandwich bread

2. Chop walnut kernels, thinly slice gorgonzola, peel and thinly slice pear

3. Spread gorgonzola and mascarpone on all slices of bread

4. On four of them, arrange gorgonzola and pear slices and sprinkle with chopped walnut kernels

5. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining four slices of bread

6. Cut diagonally into triangles

7. To prevent them from drying out, wrap them in a moist cotton towel until ready to serve
