Ingredients for 4 people


4 Pork Chops
4 Lamb Chops
4 cloves Garlic Halved
1 BUNCH Fresh Rosemary
3 leaves Fresh Sage
2 3/8 pounds Chianina T-Bone Steak (May Substitute American T-Bone Steak)
1 pound Italian Sausage
4 sliceS Pancetta



Preparation
1. Marinate pork chops and lamb chops for 2-3 of hours with garlic cloves cut in half, freshly ground black pepper, rosemary and sage

2.   Grill T- bone steak and lamb chops on a very hot grill until rare

3. Grill the pork chops and sausage until medium-well

4. Grill the pancetta until crisp

5.   Season all the meat with coarse salt

6. Slice meat and drizzle with tuscan extra virgin olive oil

7.   Serve meat very hot
