Day 2 - Sicily’s Culinary Treasures: Pastries, Olive Oil and Natural Sea Salt

Head to the Phoenician town of Erice and visit the temple of Venus, the Greek Goodness of love. Stroll along cobble stoned streets and discover pastry shops, world-famous for their homemade marzipan candies, almond and pistachio delicacies. Visit a producer of extra virgin olive oil who will share with you a century-old family tradition. Discover the ancient production method of natural sea salt in Phoenicians salines. Spend the night in Trapani.

Day 3 - Marsala wine, Mazara del Vallo Cous-cous and Raffadali Panettone

Visit an historical winery where Marsala wine is produced and enjoy a wine tasting. Sit down for lunch at one of the best restaurant for regional cous-cous in the Phoenician port of Mazara del Vallo. In the afternoon, visit a pastry shop in the town of Raffadali and taste the delicious Panettone with pistachio cream. Leave for Agrigento and enjoy dinner in a restaurant overlooking the illuminated Valley of the Temples. Spend the night in Agrigento.

Day 4 - The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and downtown Ragusa

Day 5 - Cheese producers and Swordfish fishermen traditions

Night at hotel.

Day 6 - Syracuse: Greek masterpieces and artisan shops
