Foods to fuel your workout

Prepare for a great workout with these wholesome, sustaining foods

Try a serving of these a few hours before you exercise:

  • Complex carbohydrates like brown rice, couscous or quinoa
  • Lean proteins like salmon, chicken or almond butter
  • Low-fat yogurt topped with granola or mixed nuts
