Ingredients for 2 people:                                                                      

  • 160g Barilla Spaghetti n5
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled & sliced
  • 1 fresh red chilli, sliced
  • A pinch of parsley, chopped
  • 40ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Rock salt, for pasta water
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • TO START

    Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Once boiling, add rock salt.

  • PREP THE SAUCE

    Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and cook until translucent. Then, add the chopped parsley and red chilli.

  • COOK THE SPAGHETTI

    Add the Spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to instructions on the pack. Two minutes before the Spaghetti is cooked, drain, and add to the saucepan.

  • COMBINE AND SERVE

    Add the pasta to the pan, tossing together with the sauce. If necessary, add some of reserved pasta water. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
