Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 people:                                                                      

  • 160g Barilla Penne Rigate
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 100g canned tuna, drained
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano (to taste)



Instructions

  • TO START

    Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the Penne according to pack instructions, once cooked drain and cool in running water.

  • PREP THE AVOCADO

    Season the avocado with the juice of a lemon.

  • COMBINE AND SERVE

    Combine all ingredients, season with salt, ground black pepper, lemon zest and oregano. Serve immediately.
