Ingredients for 6 people
      
  • ½ jar Barilla Pesto Genovese
  • Blue cheese, wedge
  • Cheddar, wedge
  • Goats cheese, wedge
  • Camembert, or other soft cheese, wedge
  • Handful seedless dates
  • Quince paste
  • Apple, thinly sliced
  • Handful grapes
  • Handful cherries, or other stone fruit if not in season
  • Crackers or grissini, to serve


Instructions

  • TO START

    On a large serving plate or board, arrange cheese and fruits. 

  • PREPARE THE DIP

    Spoon Pesto Genovese into a small bowl and place between cheese and fruits.

  • SERVE

    Place crackers onto a plate or side board and serve with cheese platter.
