Need a new appreciation for salad? Try this Barilla Asian Style Pasta Salad with corn, edamame, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and al dente Barilla Cut Macaroni, for a fabulously fresh side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients 6 Number of Servings

1 box Barilla Cut Macaroni pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ cups frozen or canned corn (if frozen, thawed)

1 ½ cups frozen edamame, thawed

3 cups broccoli florets, small

2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved

6 tbsp prepared Teriyaki

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Cook Barilla Cut Macaroni pasta for 1 minute less the recommended cook time, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, cool down flat on a tray.
