1 box Barilla Cut Macaroni

1 ½ cup frozen or canned corn (if frozen, thawed)

1 ½ cup frozen edamame, thawed

3 cup broccoli florets, small

2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved

6 tbsp prepared Teriyaki

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Cook Cut Macaroni for 1 minute less the recommended cook time, drizzle with 1 tbsp. olive oil, cool down flat on a tray.
