Ingredients 6 Number of Servings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ cups frozen or canned corn (if frozen, thawed)
1 ½ cups frozen edamame, thawed
3 cups broccoli florets, small
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
6 tbsp prepared Teriyaki
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shredded
- Cook Barilla Cut Macaroni pasta for 1 minute less the recommended cook time, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, cool down flat on a tray.
- Once the pasta has cooled, combine all ingredients together – serve & enjoy!
