Ingredients 6 Number of Servings

1 box Barilla Cut Macaroni

2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved

6 cups broccoli florets, cut small

1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cup cooked ham, julienne

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook Cut Macaroni for 11 to 12 minutes until perfect al dente texture. 
  • Drizzle with 1 tbsp. evoo and cool down on a tray. 
  • Mix pasta to all the remaining ingredients and divide in equal portions in to go plastic containers.
