Ingredients 6 Number of Servings
1 box Barilla Cut Macaroni
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
6 cups broccoli florets, cut small
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cooked ham, julienne
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook Cut Macaroni for 11 to 12 minutes until perfect al dente texture.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and cool down on a tray.
- Mix pasta to all the remaining ingredients and divide in equal portions in to go plastic containers.
