Barilla Linguine Fantasy

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 box Barilla® Linguine
  • 4 tablespoons (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 ¼ cups (455 g) peeled shrimp
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 Chile de árbol chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 mL) butter
  • 10 stems of fresh chives diced

    Heat the oil in a pan

    Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the chile, the wine and season with salt and pepper
  3. 3
    Remove the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil
  4. 4
    Cook Barilla Linguine per the instructions on the box
  5. 5
    Drain and combine with the sauce while still hot, and serve
  6. 6
    Stir in butter and garnish with the chives
