Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people      

  • 1 box Barilla® Linguine Fini
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped capers
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 4 parsley stems thinly sliced
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • SOAK capers in water for 30 minutes to remove excess salt.  Drain and rinse well.
  • BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
  • COOK pasta according to the package directions.
  • Meanwhile, HEAT oil in a large skillet.  Add garlic, capers, tomatoes and parsley and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.  After sautéing, add two ladles of the pasta cooking water.
  • DRAIN pasta and toss with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
