This traditional Italian recipe features bold flavours from southern Italy, such as red pepper flakes, capers, and sun dried tomatoes. A quick and easy recipe with al dente Barilla pasta that the whole family will love.
Ingredients 5 Number of Servings
1 box Barilla Linguine Fini pasta
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic gloves, sliced thin
TT red pepper flakes
2 tbsp capers, drained
1 cup sun dried tomato, drained and sliced julienne
1 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
- Place a pot of water to boil; cook Barilla Linguine Fini pasta according to directions.
- Meanwhile in a skillet sauté garlic with olive oil for one minute.
Add red pepper flakes, capers, sun dried tomatoes and sauté for one more minute.
Stir in one cup of pasta cooking water, reduce to half.
- Drain pasta and toss with sun dried tomato mixture.
- Finish with parsley before serving.
