Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people      

  • 1 box Barilla® Medium Shells
  • 1 jar spicy marinara sauce
  • 1 tomato small diced
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ cup (170 g) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • BRING a large pot of water to boil
  • Cook pasta according to instructions on package
  • Drain pasta and toss with sauce
  • Slice tomato and add to pasta along with arugula
