1 box Barilla Rotini
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
250 g basil pesto sauce
- Cook Barilla Rotini for 7 to 8 minutes for perfect al dente texture.
Meanwhile place pesto in a bowl, dilute with 1/2 cup of cooking water, stir in tomatoes.
- Drain pasta, toss with pesto mixture and serve topped with cheese.
- Top pasta with cheese, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
