- 1 BOX Barilla® Spaghetti
- 2 TABLESPOONS (30 mL) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 CLOVE Garlic Minced
- 1/8 TEASPOON (1/2 mL) Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 6 Plum Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 TEASPOON (5 mL) Salt
- 1/8 TEASPOON (1/2 mL) Black Pepper Freshly Ground
- 18 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
- 2 TEASPOONS (30 mL) Fresh Oregano Chopped

Instructions
- BRING a large pot of water to a boil

HEAT oil in skillet over medium heat
- ADD garlic and red pepper flakes; stir for 1 to 2 minutes
- ADD tomatoes and salt and pepper; reduce heat to low
- COOK for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- COOK pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot
- ADD hot pasta to skillet mixture
- ADD cheese and stir until cheese is slightly melted
- TRANSFER to serving platter
- GARNISH with oregano leaves
