Ingredients for 8 people
1 box Barilla® Spaghetti 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ¾ pound Italian sausage, crumbled 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes 3 zucchini, sliced into ribbons 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 table spoon oregano, chopped ¾ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
