Ingredients for 8 people
- 1 box Barilla® Spaghettini
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 ea diced onion
- 2 pkgs (397 g) frozen artichokes (sliced in quarters)
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) red pepper flakes
- 1 cup (340 g) shredded Parmigiano cheese
- 4 leaves basil leaves, sliced thin

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- In a large skillet sauté onions in olive oil until slightly browned
- Add quartered artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper
- Add sauce and red pepper flakes and bring to a simmer
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Drain and toss with sauce
- Toss with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil
