Ingredients

 

1 box fettuccine pasta

4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil 
4 chicken thighs, diced ½ inch
1 ½ cup chicken broth
1 cup kimchi, roughly chopped
2 radishes, sliced thin
1 tablespoon radish micro green for garnish [optional]
Salt, to taste

 






Instructions

  • Place a pot of water to boil. Meanwhile in a skillet, sauté chicken thighs with sesame oil until brown and thoroughly cooked, add broth and bring to simmer, season with salt.

  • Cook fettuccine pasta according to directions, drain and toss with chicken over high heat. Add kimchi, heat up well. When well combined, stir in radish, and garnish with micro greens if available.
