Ingredients for 8 people
- 1 box Barilla® Linguine
- 1 tbs. (15 mL) peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) chicken broth
- 1 tbs. (15 mL) chili paste
- 1 tbs. (15 mL) honey
- 1 cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 tbs. (15 mL) rice vinegar
- 1 tbs. (15 mL) sesame oil
- 2 tbs. (30 mL) cilantro
- ½ cup (170 g) peanuts
- 1 carrot diced small
- 2 tbs. (30 mL) green onions diced
- 1 cup lump crab
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Meanwhile, in a small pot bring chicken broth to a simmer, stir in peanut butter, chili paste and honey until the mixture is nice and smooth then set aside

In two separate small bowls combine cucumber and carrots with rice vinegar, cilantro, green onions and peanut oil

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool down by rinsing it very briefly

Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper

Toss pasta with the peanut sauce
