Ingredients 2 Number of Servings
1/2 box Barilla Rotini
2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
2 can tuna in water
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup roasted red peppers in a jar, diced
1 cup black olives, sliced
5 tablespoons olive oil & vinegar dressing
1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- Cook Rotini for 7 to 8 minutes until perfect al dente texture.
- Meanwhile, in 6 mason jars evenly divide the ingredients by layering in order: the dressing, olives, peppers, artichoke, tuna, cherry tomatoes, pasta and cheese. Shake to combine and enjoy!
