1/2 box Barilla Rotini pasta
2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
2 containers canned tuna in water
1 cup frozen artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup roasted red peppers in a jar, diced
1 cup black olives, sliced
5 tbsp olive oil & vinegar dressing
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Cook Barilla Rotini pasta for 7 to 8 minutes until perfect al dente texture.
- Meanwhile, in 6 mason jars evenly divide the ingredients by layering in order: the dressing, olives, peppers, artichoke, tuna, cherry tomatoes, pasta and cheese. Shake to combine and enjoy!
