Add a little spice to your classic macaroni and cheese with this Barilla Buffalo Mac and Cheese recipe by Jamie Milne from @everything_delish. Whether you're in need of comfort food, a game day recipe, or are simply craving something with a spicy kick, a bowl of this will tick all your boxes.

Ingredients 4 Number of Servings

1  box Barilla® Macaroni

5 1/2 cups whole milk  

3 cups sharp cheddar cheese  

1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce 

2 tbsp butter 

salt & pepper

Instructions

  • In a large pot, add in milk over low-medium heat and let come to a simmer. Add in Barilla Cut Macaroni and stir constantly until pasta is tender.
  • Turn off the heat and add in butter, cheese, salt & pepper. Mix together until combined- cheese should be melted. Add in hot sauce and mix together.

  • Add buffalo mac & cheese to bowls. Serve and enjoy!
