1 box Barilla Rotini
2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup basil leaves, julienne
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cups Bocconcini Mozzarella cheese balls, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the tomatoes, basil, olive oil and cheese in a large bowl, season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook Barilla Rotini for 7 to 8 minutes for perfect al dente texture.
Add pasta to the bowl, stir and enjoy!
