1 box Barilla Rotini pasta
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
250 g basil pesto sauce
- Cook Barilla Rotini pasta for 7 to 8 minutes for perfect al dente texture. Set aside 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.
Meanwhile place pesto in a bowl, dilute with 1/2 cup of cooking water, stir in tomatoes.
- Drain pasta, toss with pesto mixture and serve topped with cheese.
