10 basil leaves, shredded

1/2 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

  • Cook Pennette Rigate for 9 to 10 minutes until perfect al dente texture. Drizzle with olive oil and lay flat on tray to cool.
  • Cut tomatoes in half and combine with pasta, adding in Italian dressing and basil.
  • Season with salt & pepper and top with cheese.
