2 pints red & yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup Italian dressing

10 basil leaves, shredded

1/2 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Cook Barilla Pennette Rigate pasta for 9 to 10 minutes until perfect al dente texture. Drizzle with olive oil and lay flat on tray to cool.

  • Cut tomatoes in half and combine with pasta, adding in Italian dressing and basil.
