Ingredients 5 Number of Servings
1 box Barilla Rotini
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cups prepared chicken or rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 cups prepared BBQ sauce
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add cherry tomatoes and blister, about two minutes. Stir in barbecue sauce and chicken and heat until they come to a simmer.
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and toss with chicken mixture and 1/2 cup cooking water. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and top with shredded cheese.
