4 tbs evoo

3 cups prepared chicken or rotisserie chicken

1 1/2 cup prepared BBQ sauce

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1/2 olive oil, add cherry tomatoes and blister, about two minutes stir in barbecue sauce and chicken and heat until they come to a simmer. 

  • Cook pasta according to directions, drain and toss with chicken mixture and 1/2 cup cooking water. Finish with remaining olive oil.
