This is a twist on our deliciously classic vodka pasta recipe featuring Barilla Heart Shaped Love Pasta. We added savory pancetta to the ingredient list for this dish to provide the perfect crunch, but you can easily make it without depending on your tastes and preferences! Cooking Tip: Vodka is used in this sauce, but it is simmered along with the heavy cream, cooking off the alcohol in the dish.
