Ingredients 6 Number of Servings
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 C. Kalamata olives, sliced
4 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 C. Feta cheese, crumbled
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, olives, and tomatoes.
Reserve 1 c. of pasta cooking water and drain pasta.
- Add to the skillet with cooking water and toss well.
- Remove from the fire and add feta cheese.
