Ingredients 6 Number of Servings

1 Bx. Barilla Penne
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 C. Kalamata olives, sliced
4 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 C. Feta cheese, crumbled
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.  Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, olives, and tomatoes. 
  • Reserve 1 c. of pasta cooking water and drain pasta.  

  • Add to the skillet with cooking water and toss well. 
  • Remove from the fire and add feta cheese.
