- 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Penne
- 1 cup (340 g) chopped onion
- 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) (64 g) sliced black olives drained
- 1 cup (8 oz/340 g) Galbani Pizza Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound (227 g) bacon crumbled
- 2 jars mushroom-flavoured tomato pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup (85 g) freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) chopped parsley

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Heat Barilla Ready Pasta Penne in microwave for 1 minute and add to pot
- Heat Barilla Ready Pasta Penne in microwave for 1 minute and add to pot
- Heat bacon and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Stir in Mushroom Sauce and olives
- Reduce heat to medium low; simmer 5 minutes
- ADD sauce mixture and Parmesan cheese to hot pasta; toss

Pour into greased 13" x 9" -inch baking dish; cover

BAKE 20 minutes then uncover

Sprinkle Galbani Pizza Mozzarella Shredded Cheese over past; continue baking 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted
