  • 1 box Barilla® Linguine
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 ¼ cups peeled shrimp
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 Chile de árbol chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 10 stems of fresh chives diced

Method

  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the chile, the wine and season with salt and pepper
  • Remove the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil
  • Cook Barilla Linguine per the instructions on the box
  • Drain and combine with the sauce while still hot, and serve
  • Garnish with the chives
