Gluten Free Spaghetti

With Tomatoes & Basil



Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 box Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 basil leaves, torn
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmigiano cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil

    Meanwhile, sauté garlic with 2 TBS olive oil for 1 minute over high heat.

    Add tomatoes, allowing them to blister (about 2 minutes)
  4. 4
    Season with salt and pepper. Then, remove garlic clove from mixture
  5. 5
    Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with tomatoes
  6. 6
    Stir in torn basil, & remaining 2 TBS of olive oil
  7. 7
    Top with cheese, then serve
