  • 50g hard ricotta cheese 
  • 50g béchamel sauce

Method

  • Take some skewers and compose them by alternating rigatoni and eggplant.
  • Place the skewers on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the grated ricotta salata and finally the béchamel sauce.
  • Bake in grill mode at 220° for about 15 minutes.
  •  Let a drizzle of oil heat in a frying pan and pour in the spaghetti.
