  • 160g Barilla® Spaghetti
  • 100g Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 10g Walnut
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
  • Blackpepper for taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil; season with salt. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine olive oil and black pepper; add 250ml cooking water.
  • Drain pasta and toss in the bowl and add in Pecorino Romano.
  • Sprinkle with aromatic herbs if desired and serve.
