Ingredients for 2 people
- 160g Barilla® Spaghetti
- 100g Pecorino Romano cheese
- 10g Walnut
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
- Blackpepper for taste
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil; season with salt. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine olive oil and black pepper; add 250ml cooking water.
- Drain pasta and toss in the bowl and add in Pecorino Romano.
- Sprinkle with aromatic herbs if desired and serve.
