- 160g Barilla® Spaghetti
- 400g Ripe tomatoes
- 20g Extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
- 1 Clove garlic
- Basil leaves
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of suger
- Black pepper

Instructions
- Cut slightly the tomatoes, leave them in boiling water for some seconds, then let them cool down with ice and cut them into pieces

Heat a pan, add evoo and the garlic clove
- Add the tomatoes and a little bit of salt and sugar, together with black pepper. Cook the sauce for some minutes
- In the meanwhile cook the Spaghetti as per pack description.
- Drain the pasta “al dente”, add the sauce, a couple of basil leaves and evoo, and ready to serve
