Everything is better with burrata.

1 box spaghetti
4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 garlic clove, gently pressed
2 pints multicolor cherry tomatoes, halved
6 basil leaves, julienned
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 piece burrata [8 oz]

1. Place a pot of water to boil and cook spaghetti accordingly to directions
2. Meanwhile in a skillet saute garlic with 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. After one minute add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and blister tomatoes over high heat for two minutes
4. Drain pasta, reserving ½ cup of water, and toss with tomato mixture
5. Serve with pieces of burrata over the top and freshly sliced basil
