Thick Spaghetti, Parmigiano Cheese and Olive Oil Recipe

Simple pasta joys: Parmigiano and pepper.

Ingredients
1 box thick spaghetti
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup Parmigiano cheese, shredded or grated
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place a pot of water to boil
2. Cook pasta according to directions
3. Drain pasta reserving 1/3 cup of liquid
4. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and pepper
5. Stir in cheese and serve immediately
