Veggie Penne with Tomato-Basil Sauce

This Meatless Monday dish has your name written all over it.

1 box veggie penne
1 jar tomato and basil sauce
½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 fresh basil leaves, chopped

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; season with salt
2. Cook pasta according to package directions
3. Heat tomato and basil sauce in a medium sauce pot over low heat to warm
4. Drain pasta and toss with warm sauce in a large mixing bowl
5. Combine with cheese, oil and basil before serving
