Tahini Spaghetti Pasta Salad

Experience the magic of tahini sauce.

1 box spaghetti
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons tahini sauce
2 bunches spring onions, cut lengthwise in half
1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
4 tablespoon lime juice
salt to taste

1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain, and rinse briefly with cold water and drain again very well
2. Meanwhile in a hot skillet or a grill sauté spring onion with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil until slightly charred, set aside
3. In a bowl mix remaining olive oil to tahini, lime juice, paprika
4. Add spaghetti, tomatoes and charred onion, season with salt and toss well
5. Serve topped with a few thin slices of lime and sprinkled paprika as garnish
