Black Pepper and Amber Honey Linguine Fini Recipe

Gorgonzola, Walnuts, Cracked Black Pepper and Amber Honey Linguine Fini

Servings: 8

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 box linguini fini

1 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup walnuts, toasted

1-10-oz package baby spinach

8 tablespoons Gorgonzola dolce cheese, crumbled (reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish)

1 tablespoons black pepper, crushed

1 teaspoon kosher salt

4 tablespoons amber honey

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to directions.

2. Drain pasta reserving ¾ cup pasta water.

3. Add pasta and water back to pot.

4. Add walnuts, spinach, Gorgonzola, salt and black pepper.

5. Toss well to combine

6. Divide into eight bowls. Drizzle each bowl with amber honey.
