Shrimp Spaghetti Recipe with Lemon and Pistachios

1 box spaghetti
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1pound medium size shrimp, shell off deveined
1½ lemon, juiced
1/3cup pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon Italian parsley Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Bring water to a boil. Cook pasta according to box instructions.
2. In a skillet, sauté garlic cloves with half the extra virgin olive oil until slightly yellow. Add shrimp and sauté on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
3. Stir in lemon juice, reduce to half. Add pasta, remaining oil and pistachio nuts and stir well.
4. Top with parsley and slices of lemon before serving.
