Though the ingredients might be intimidating, it's plain to see that the cooking process is easy as can be for this fancy linguine recipe! Begin the pasta sauce by sautéing garlic in a pan before boiling the alcohol off the Prosecco. Add stock and cream to the mixture and continue heating. Add slightly undercooked linguine pasta to the sauce and stir regularly, bringing the pasta to an al dente texture. When plating, make sure to garnish with caviar to add the black tie to this elegant pasta dish. Enjoy!
