Use this non-traditional Cacio e Pepe pasta recipe to try your hand at a unique and artistic plating technique developed by Barilla Executive Chef Lorenzo Boni. Simply start your sauce base with coconut cream, Vidalia onions and cauliflower. Then, separately blend beets, carrots, saffron, peas and red cabbage in a blender and use each colorful puree to paint your own vibrant pasta masterpiece.
