Spaghetti Chicken Teriyaki Pasta Stir Fry Recipe

Looking to mix things up? Get out your wok and swap teriyaki sauce for marinara, and spaghetti for rice. The result is a flavorful fusion dish that will have you coming back for seconds.

1 box Barilla Spaghetti 
½ lb. chicken breast (skinless), cut into strips
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
½ cup carrots, thin strips
1 cup firm tofu, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¾ cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp. green onions, sliced thin
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil
2. Meanwhile in a large skillet or wok, sauté chicken in the peanut oil. Add the broccoli, carrots and tofu and cook for 2-3 minutes
3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the teriyaki sauce and cook for another 3 minutes
4. Cook the pasta according to the directions; drain and toss with the sauce and vegetables
5. Before serving, add the same oil and stir to combine; top with green onions and sesame seeds
