- 1 box Barilla® Angel Hair
- 4 Artichokes, Sliced
- 6 slices Fresh Lemons
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
- 1/2 cup Romano Cheese, Grated

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Peel artichokes and clean out the center. Cut in half and then dice. Place diced artichoke pieces into a large bowl filled with water and lemon slices to prevent discoloring
- Sauté garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until garlic is slightly yellow
- Add artichokes to the skillet and sauté until cooked thoroughly
- Add parsley and chicken broth. Continue cooking until liquid is reduced by half
- Toast breadcrumbs and pine nuts in a separate dry skillet over medium heat. Mix in grated cheese
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with artichokes. Top with breadcrumb and pine nut mixture
