Ingredients for 8 people       

  • 1 box Barilla® Campanelle
  • 1 jar Barilla® Sweet Peppers sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cleaned
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 5 leaves fresh basil, sliced


  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add olive oil, garlic and chili flakes to a large sauté pan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook pasta according to the package directions.
  • Add shrimp to sauce mixture and cook until the shrimp are done.
  • Combine the sauce and sliced basil with pasta and serve.
