- 1 box Barilla® Ditalini
- 2 cups zucchini
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup onion
- ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion
- When the onion has softened and browned, add zucchini, salt and pepper and cover
- After about 15 minutes, uncover and cook zucchini, allowing any water produced by the vegetable to evaporate
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for the amount of time indicated on the package
- Drain the pasta and toss with the zucchini and ricotta, crumbled with the tines of a fork, mixing well
- Sprinkle with the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and serve hot
