Barilla® Lasagne

with Mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 10 sheets Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne
  • 500g mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley minced
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 400g Manchego cheese grated
  • ½ bar butter
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Place the canola oil in a skillet at low heat, and sauté the onion and mushrooms

    Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. 3
    Spread butter on the bottom of an oven-safe container and add a layer of Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne, followed by some white sauce and some mushrooms

    Sprinkle with grated cheese

    Repeat this procedure until you finish with the last layer of pasta

    Prepare béchamel sauce: In a sauce pan melt butter and add flour, cook for 2-3 minutes

    Bake at 400°F/190°C for 30 minutes or until bubbling and browning

    Remove the aluminum foil and bake again for 5 minutes so the topmost layer of grated cheese becomes golden brown

    Garnish with parsley
