Barilla® Mini Farfalle

in Pink Sauce



Ingredients for 8 people       

  • 1 box Barilla® Mini Farfalle
  • 1 jar Barilla® Three Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

    BRING a large pot of water to a boil

    HEAT Barilla® Three Cheese Sauce and cream in a skillet over medium heat
  3. 3
    SIMMER for two minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. 4
    Meanwhile, COOK Barilla® Mini Farfalle according to package directions
  5. 5
    DRAIN pasta and immediately add to sauce mixture
  6. 6
    MIX well
  7. 7
    STIR in olive oil and transfer to a serving platter or bowl
  8. 8
    SPRINKLE with fresh parsley before serving
