Ingredients for 8 people

  • 1 box Barilla® Rigatoni
  • 1 jar Barilla® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Onion, Diced
  • 10 ounces Frozen Artichoke Hearts, Defrosted
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Italian Parsley, Chopped

Instructions

  • BRING a large pot of water to a boil
  • HEAT olive oil in a large skillet
  • ADD onions and sauté until golden yellow
  • ADD artichokes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
  • ADD sauce and 1 cup of water; simmer for 10 minutes
  • COOK pasta according to the package directions
  • DRAIN pasta and toss with the sauce
  • GARNISH with chopped parsley before serving
