- 1 box Barilla® Rotini
- 1 jar Barilla® Fire Roasted Marinara Sauce
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small leek diced
- ¾ pound shrimp chopped
- ½ cup white wine
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Instructions
- BRING a large pot of water to a boil
- In a large skillet, SAUTÉ leeks in olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until slightly browned

ADD chopped shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes

DEGLAZE with white wine and reduce completely

ADD sauce and season with salt and pepper
- COOK pasta according to package directions
- DRAIN and toss with sauce and parsley
