Ingredients 8 Servings

  • 1 box Barilla® Rotini
  • 1 jar Barilla® Fire Roasted Marinara Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small leek diced
  • ¾ pound shrimp chopped
  • ½ cup white wine
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Instructions

  • BRING a large pot of water to a boil
  •  In a large skillet, SAUTÉ leeks in olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until slightly browned
  • ADD chopped shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes

  • DEGLAZE with white wine and reduce completely

  • ADD sauce and season with salt and pepper

  • COOK pasta according to package directions
  • DRAIN and toss with sauce and parsley
